  Refund & Cancellation Policy

By completing enrollment and submitting payment for any course, the participant (or parent/guardian, where applicable) expressly acknowledges and agrees that all registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. Upon registration, the institution incurs immediate and irrevocable costs related to staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation; therefore, no refunds, partial credits, substitutions, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances once enrollment has been confirmed. The registrant assumes full responsibility for the decision to enroll and waives any right to dispute charges or seek reimbursement on the grounds of non-attendance, withdrawal, schedule conflicts, or any other reason. Enrollment constitutes a binding agreement to these terms, and the participant affirms understanding that payment secures a seat in the course and cannot be rescinded, reversed, or reallocated.
